SF Catering provides full event coordination servies including party staffing, event rentals and support.
There is a 4 hour minimum call on all labor 5 during peak season
General Servers are capable of performing most basic tasks at your event. Including, tray pass, buffet service, beverage service setup and cleanup.$35 hr
Banquet Waiters are required for formal or "sit down" table service $45 hr
Stewards AKA Bussers are generally tasked with cleaning and upkeep during the event. $32 hr
Uniform Standard server attire is black slacks, black dress shoes a black (or white) collard shirt (Oxford), black bistro or bow tie and apron.
Bartenders "Mixologists" are the cornerstone of many catered events. Putting a drink in the hands of your guests as soon as they arrive is a great way to start your event.Bartender $45 hr
A Bar-back is a second bartender and will assist the main bartender. They re-stock ice, beverages and maintain glassware. Most bar assistants are bartenders in training and may be able to pour drinks when required $35 hr
A Bar Manger is a skilled mixologist with experience in stocking and managing a bar. They can design specialty drinks or produce them from your recipies. Bar managers are essential when hosting more than one beverage station serving over 100 guests. A one hour phone consultatin is included in the rate $65 hr
"Chefs" are an essential part of every catered event. They help expedite service, maintain freshness and provide general support. General Cook $35 hr Chef $45 hr
Station Chefs do what is called "display cooking". Display cooking and can carve, grill, roll sushi and perform other specialty cooking tasks for your guests enjoyment.
Event coordinators over see the event, manage staff, production and the timeline of your event. $65 hr
"Don't worry be happy" Some medium (100-200) and all large (400+) events require a chef and a floor manager onsite. Large events with full bar service require a bar manager.
Try to allow at least two weeks notice for event requiring serivce.
